1 Box Brown Sugar
1-2/3 c Biscuit Mix
4 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla
1 c Salad Oil
1 c Pecans
Powdered Sugar

Texas Big Cake Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour sheet pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients together; pour mixture onto sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Recipe by: Wayne Preston Allen Volume 01 Number 573 on Jan 21, 1998
