Cooking Ingredients for Thai Tapioca Soup Recipe
125 g Minced pork
75 g Tapioca
1-3/4 l Water mixed with 2 chicken
-stock cubes
1 Stalk celery; chopped very

1 ts Fish sauce; (or salt to
-taste)
1 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Sugar
125 g Flaked crab meat
4 Chopped spring onions
1 ds Chilli sauce to taste
Thai Tapioca Soup Preparation
Put the pork into a bowl and add enough of the water to make a sloppy mix. This stops the meat from lumping up when added to the soup. Put everything except for the crab meat, spring onions and chilli sauce into a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes or until the tapioca and pork are cooked.
