Cooking Ingredients for Three Cheese Potato Puff Recipe
1/2 Bag ore-ida mashed potatoes;
-prepared
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Swiss cheese; shredded
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
3/4 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
-shredded
3 lg Scallions
1/4 c Ore-ida chopped onions
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
3 lg Eggs; separated
Three Cheese Potato Puff Preparation
Preheat oven to 375-F. Add milk to the prepared Ore-Ida Mashed Potatoes, cheeses, scallions, Ore-Ida Chopped Onions, salt and pepper, and egg yolks Mix together thoroughly until well blended. In a small bowl with mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold beaten egg whites into mashed potato mixtue. Spoon the mixture into a greased 3 deep casserole dish.
