Cooking Ingredients for Three Fruit Cobbler Melange Recipe

8 Granny smith apples; peeled
-and sliced (8 to 9)
1 Bag frozen peaches; small
1/4 c Frozen raspberries or
-blueberries; partially
-thawed
1/4 c Pecans broken into small
-pieces
1/4 Cube butter; (not too much)
1/8 c Brown sugar
1 c Lowfat granola or museli
Cinnamon; to taste
Nutmeg; to taste
1 Pear; peeled and sliced

Three Fruit Cobbler Melange Preparation

Place apple slices in a small glass baking dish 9 x 12 inch to the top. Add peaches, pear, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix and bake in microwave for approximately 12 minutes. (Until apples are soften, but not mushy.) Remove and add raspberries or blueberries. Gently fold mixture together. Add granola. Serve in individual dishes.
