14 oz Chopped tomatoes with juice
-OR 1 can recipe ready
-tomatoes
1 Piemento; chopped
2 tb Apple cider vinegar; or to
-taste
1 ts Jalapeno pepper; diced
1 tb Sugar; or to taste
Chopped shallots
Salt and pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced with
Salt
Pepper; to taste

Pat s Picante Sauce Preparation
