Cooking Ingredients for Payday Bars Recipe

1 Yellow cake mix
2/3 c Oleo
1 Egg
10 oz Bag mini marshmallows
2/3 c White Karo
1/4 c Oleo
2 ts Vanilla
12 oz Pkg peanut butter chips
1 c Salted peanuts

Payday Bars Preparation

Mix cake mix, 2/3 c. melted oleo, and 1 egg to form dough. Press into greased 10 X 15 pan. Bake for 10 min. at 350. Top with bag of marshmallows and bake 5-7 minutes longer; let cool. Heat Karo, 1/4 c. oleo, vanilla, and peanut butter chips until melted. Stir until it”s a thick sauce. Pour over cooled marshmallows. Top with one cup salted peanuts. Refridgerate before cutting.
