Cooking Ingredients for Peach and Sausage Balls Recipe
1 lb Pork sausage – ground
2 tb Chopped onions
2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/8 ts Salt
1 Egg – beaten
4 Peaches – canned
24 Whole cloves
Peach and Sausage Balls Preparation
Drain peaches and reserve syrup. Combine sausage, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well and form into 8 balls. Place peach halves, cut side up, in baking dish. Stick 3 cloves in each peach, around the edge. Place the sausage balls in peach cavity. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Drain off fat.
