Cooking Ingredients for Peach Coconut Salsa Recipe

4 Ripe peaches chopped
-coarsely
1 md Onion finely chopped
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Jalapeno or habanero pepper
-chopped finely
1 tb Garlic finely chopped
1/4 c Chopped cilantro
2 tb Fresh ginger finely chopped
1 Lime ; juice of
1/2 c Shredded coconut

Peach Coconut Salsa Preparation
