1/3 c Coconut; grated
1/3 c Golden raisins -OR-
1/3 c -Dried cherries
2 tb Orange juice concentrate-OR-
2 tb Grand marnier liqueur
1 tb Mint, fresh; chopped

Peach Dessert Salsa Preparation

…perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt cheese. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients. Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
