Cooking Ingredients for Peach Salsa 2 Recipe
2 c Peeled; diced ripe peaches
-(about 2 medium-size
-peaches)
1/2 c Diced red onion
1/2 c Diced red bell pepper
1/2 c Minced fresh mint
1/2 ts Finely minced Jalapeno or
-Serrano chile (up to 3/4)
2 ts Olive oil
2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Grated fresh ginger
Peach Salsa 2 Preparation
