3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 pk Vanilla pudding mix (3 oz.)
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Butter
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg
1 cn Peaches (20 oz.)
1 pk Cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Peach juice
1 tb Sugar

Peaches and Cream Dessert Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, salt, butter, milk and egg in a bowl; beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Drain the peaches, saving the juice. MIx together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and the peach juice. Spread the peaches in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1 inch of edge. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. From Gemini”s MASSIVE MealMaster collection
