3 c Sliced peaches
Lemon juice
4 tb Sugar

3 c Dry red or white wine; or
-champagne; chilled

Peaches and Strawberries in Wine Preparation

Pick strawberries carefully; wash, hull & drain. Peel peaches & slice; sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Mix fruit together & combine with sugar.
