1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches
-in heavy syrup
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon pie filling
1/4 c Seedless raisins
3/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 tb Firmly packed light brown
-sugar
2 tb Margarine
Peachy Lemon Crisp Preparation
Strain peaches, reserving 1 1/3 cups syrup. In 1 1/2 quart microwaveable bowl, blend reserve syrup and pie mix. Microwave on high (100%) for about 4 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peaches and raisins. In bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over fruit mixture.
