2/3 c Brown sugar
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Vanilla extract or almond
-extract
1 cn Peach slices (1 lb. 13 oz.);
-drained
Peachy Scotch Pie Preparation
In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, butter, lemon juice and extract; mix well. Bring to rolling boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stir in peach slices.
