1 cn Refrigerated parker house
-rolls
1 To 2 Fresh Peaches ( about 1
-cup ) chopped fine
1 ts Ascorbic acid powder
1/4 c Sugar
1 ds Of Nutmeg ( if desired )

Peachy Swirls Preparation

Peachy Swirls Remove all rolls from can to a flowered board. Lightly work together and roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle chopped peaches on the surface. Mix Sugar,ascorbic acid powder and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Roll up jelly roll fashion beginning with long side of dough. Cut in slices and place in a well buttered pan with sliced side up Dot with butter if desired. Bake in 425 oven for 25 minutes Ice with Fresh Peach Glase. Makes approximately 9 swirls. Peach Glaze. 1 Cup siftred powdered sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Peach Puree Mix until smooth and drizzel over baked swirls. From the Passion for Peaches Cookbook by Gail McPherson.
