1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg, well-beaten
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 ts Salt
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
Peanut Butter n Honey Cookies Preparation
Cream shortening, honey and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add well-beaten egg. Add peanut butter and salt. Stir in flour and soda sifted together and mix well.
