1 c Fat free or lowfat milk
1/2 c Frozen banana slices
1 tb Peanut butter
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Sweet cocoa powder; optional

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake Preparation
