Cooking Ingredients for Peanut Butter Creams 2 Recipe

1 lb Powdered sugar
1-1/2 c Peanut butter (plain or
-crunchy)
1/3 c Milk
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 pk (6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate
-chips

Peanut Butter Creams 2 Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until well blended. Remove from bowl & knead on board until smooth. Spread & pat into a 12×9-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Cool until chocolate is firm (about 30 minutes). Cut into squares. Makes about 64 pieces.
