Cooking Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
1 c Semisweet chocolate disks –
Melted
7 oz Hershey Bar – melted
1/3 c Peanut butter – at room
Temperature
2-1/2 tb Powdered sugar – sifted
Peanut Butter Cups Preparation
Melt chocolate disks and Hershey bar in a double boiler. In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powder sugar until smooth. Shape into balls and set aside . With small paint brush, brush melted chocolate onto the bottom and up sides of paper candy cups till about 1/8 inch thick. Put a peanut butter ball in each chocolate coated candy cup.
