Cooking Ingredients for Peanut Butter Kisses 2 Recipe
1 c Butter
1 c Extra crunchy peanut butter
1 c Granulated sugar
1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2-1/2 c Sifted flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 pk (9-oz) chocolate kisses
Peanut Butter Kisses 2 Preparation
Preheat oven to 350o. Beat first 6 ingredients at medium speed until fluffy. Sift the next 4 ingredients and add to above mixture. Mix thoroughly at low speed. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press candy kisses into cookies.
