Cooking Ingredients for Peanut Dressing Recipe
1 Garlic Clove
1 sl Fresh ginger root; (1/2 by
-3/4 inch)
1 tb Fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 c Rice vinegar or white
-vinegar
5 tb Juice from mandarin oranges
2 tb Smooth peanut butter
4 ts Lite soy sauce
4 ts Sesame oil
4 ts Hoisin sauce
Peanut Dressing Preparation
Houston Chronicle again… In a food processor bowl fitted with metal blade and with motor running, drop garlic and ginger through feed tube; process until minced. Add cilantro & process 45 seconds or until finely chopped. Add vinegar, mandarin arange juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, oil & hoisin; process until smooth. Place dressing in a small bowl; cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
