Cooking Ingredients for Peanut-Butter Mocha Whip Recipe

8 Ladyfingers; split
-lengthwise
1 c Whipping cream
1 ts Instant espresso coffee
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
3/4 c Part-skim ricotta cheese
3 tb Sugar
2 tb Cocoa
2 tb Mini peanut-butter morsels
1 Banana; thinly sliced
Additional whipped cream

Peanut-Butter Mocha Whip Preparation

In dessert dishes, line with ladyfingers. Set aside. In food processor, combine cream, instant coffee, vanilla, ricotta cheese, sugar and cocoa. Blend until smooth. Stir in peanut butter morsels. On ladyfingers in dessert dishes, spoon over ricotta mixture. On ricotta mix, lay sliced banana, (just a few slices). Top bananas with additional whipped cream. Place in refrigerator or freezer to chill.
