-fraiche).
3 tb Fromage blanc.
1 pk Vanilla sugar.
Pear Mousse Preparation
1 Peel the pears and remove the cores. 2 Blend the pears in a liquidizer. 3 Pour the fromage blanc, cream and sugar in a bowl and mix well. 4 Add the pear puree. Stir, then pour into dessert bowls.
