8 Bell peppers; ground
2 Hot peppers; ground
1 qt Vinegar
3 c Sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
2-1/2 ts Salt
1-1/2 ts Turmeric
1-1/2 ts Celery seed
1-1/2 ts Pickling spice

Pear Relish #1 Preparation
