2 c Ground onion
6 Ground green or red peppers
1 Ground hot pepper -or-
1 tb Hot pepper sauce
4 Ground dill pickles
3 tb Dry mustard
1 qt White wine vinegar
1-1/4 c Flour
1 tb Turmeric
2 tb Salt
2 c Sugar

Pear Relish #2 Preparation
