10 c Pears; ground
4 lg Onions; ground
4 lg Green bell peppers
4 lg Red bell peppers
3 c Sugar
1-1/2 c Vinegar
1 tb Celery seed
1 tb Mustard seed
1 ts Salt

Pear Relish #3 Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and salt in a large boiler and bring to a boil. Add pears, onions, and peppers which have been ground together; simmer for 35 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
