3 tb Olive oil
16 oz Peas; baby, frozen
10 oz Artichoke hearts; frozen
1 sm Onion; chopped
2 ts Garlic; chopped
4 oz Tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper; freshly ground
Peas and Artichoke Hearts Preparation
Melt the butter in the olive oil and sautee the onion and garlic for 3 min. Add the frozen peas and artichoke hearts and simmer covered for about 5 min.
