Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Ball Appetizers Recipe
2 pk Philadelphia cream cheese;
-(8 oz.)
2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
-cheese
1 tb Chopped pimento
1 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Lemon juice
1 ds Cayenne pepper
1 ds Salt
Chopped pecans; toasted
Pecan Ball Appetizers Preparation
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill.
