Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Balls #2 Recipe

1 c Butter
4 tb Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 c Ground pecans
Confectioner s sugar

Pecan Balls #2 Preparation

Cream butter until soft; add sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Stir flour and pecans into mixture. Roll dough into small balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold. FROM DEE From a collection of my mother”s (Judy Hosey) recipe box which contained lots of her favorite recipes, clippings, etc.
