Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Brown Bread Recipe
3 c Whole-wheat flour
1-1/4 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Molasses
1 c Chopped pecans
Pecan Brown Bread Preparation
Sift dry ingredients together, saving just a bit of flour to mix later with the pecans. Add buttermilk and molasses. Mix reserved flour with pecans and stir into batter.
