Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Muffins Recipe

1 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
4 ts Cinnamon
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 c Milk
1 c Chopped pecans
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Shortening; melted

Pecan Muffins Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Add pecans. Mix together milk, melted shortening & eggs. Combine dry & liquid ingredients quickly with little stirring.
