Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Souffl Tassies Recipe

1 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 c Milk
1/2 c Margarine; melted
1/2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Pecans; chopped
72 sm Pecan halves; for garnish

Pecan Souffl Tassies Preparation

Place sugar, eggs, milk, margarine, flour, vanilla, and 1 cup chopped pecans in a blender. If blender will not contain the entire mixture, reserve some of the milk to add later. Pour mixture into greased miniature muffin pans, about half full. Place a pecan half on top of each pie.
