Cooking Ingredients for Pecan Stuffing Recipe

4 c Chopped Pecans
4 c Bread cubes
4 tb Butter, melted
1/4 c Fresh Basil (chopped)
1/2 c Sweet red pepper (minced)
1/2 ts Cayenne Pepper
1-1/2 c Chicken Stock
Salt & Pepper to taste

Pecan Stuffing Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, season with S & P. Place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
