1 lb Penne pasta
3 tb Olive oil
1 ts Garlic-flavored oil
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1 pk (10 oz.) fresh spinach,
-coarsely chopped
1 lb Smoked ham, cut into
-1×1/4-inch-thick strips
1-1/2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
-cheese

Penne with Spinach and Ham Preparation

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl. 3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Add hot pasta with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mixture, spinach, ham and cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
