Cooking Ingredients for Pepper Dressing Recipe

8 oz Commercial sour cream
1/4 c Whipping cream
2 ts Dried green pepper flakes
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Instant minced garlic
1 ts Instant onion flakes
1/4 ts Dehydrated chives

Pepper Dressing Preparation
