2 sm Red hot peppers
1/3 c Red bell pepper
2 tb Cider vinegar
1-1/3 c Apple juice
1/3 c Plum tomato
4 c Sugar
1 Pouch
Pectin

Pepper Jam Preparation

Dice peppers and tomato. Bring all ingredients, except pectin, to full boil in med saucepan. Add pectin, return to boil. Cook for one minute, fill jars and seal. — Recipe By : GEPlatts
