4 Egg whites; not whipped
40 g Flour
15 g Orange juice
30 g Soft butter
2 g Salt
5 g Icing sugar
6 Red pepper corns
Pepper Tuile Preparation
Cream butter, sugar and salt with a whisk. Add orange juice. Add flour and egg whites. Spread evenly over an 8 inch round stencil with a pastry. Place pepper corns in centre of each tuile. Bake in the oven at 200C for 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
