Cooking Ingredients for Peppered Pecans Recipe

3 tb Butter or margarine
3 Cloves garlic; minced
2-1/2 ts TABASCO pepper sauce
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Pecan halves

Peppered Pecans Preparation

Preheat oven to 250oF. In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic; Tabasco pepper sauce and salt; cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally. Makes 3 cups.
