11 Peppermint candies –
Crushed
10 Egg whites – whipped
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Peppermint extract
1/2 ts Vanilla
Peppermint Angel Food Cake Preparation
Preheat oven at 375. Unprepared 10 tube pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, candy, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, peppermint extract, and vanilla.
