Cooking Ingredients for Peppery Dry Rub Recipe

2 c Coarsely cracked black
-peppercorns
1/4 c Coarsely cracked white
-peppercorns
2 tb Ground coriander
2 tb Red pepper flakes; (up to 4)
1/4 c Light brown sugar; packed
1/2 c Salt

Peppery Dry Rub Preparation
