Cooking Ingredients for Peppespot Recipe

6 sl Bacon
1 lg Onion; chopped
4 md Potatoes; sliced
4 Green peppers; chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 ts Caraway seed

Peppespot Preparation

Cut bacon into large strips, add onion. Saute until clear. Add potatoes, cook for 3 minutes. Add green peppers and seasoning. Cook until potatoes are soft. Garnish with chopped parsley. NOTE: Ground beef may be used with the bacon.
