4 Garlic cloves
1/2 c Parmesan cheese – grated

3 tb Romano cheese – grated

To make filling: Blend basil, oil, nuts and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes in a blender or food processor. Add cheese and blend until smooth, about one minute.
