1 lb Tofu (medium or firm),
-grated
1/2 c FF mayo
2 Green onions, sliced
1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 ts Tumeric
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne

Phoney Egg Salad Preparation
