Cooking Ingredients for Picnic Hot Dogs Recipe

10 lb Ground beef
5 c Chopped onions
2 md Green peppers, chopped
1 ga Tomato juice
1/2 ga Tomato paste
2-1/2 c Chopped celery
1/3 c Dried parsley flakes
3 tb Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Pepper
1 tb Dried oregano
1-1/2 ts Garlic powder
145 Hot dogs and buns

Picnic Hot Dogs Preparation

In a large kettle, brown beef; drain. Add the next 11 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4 hours stirring occasionally. Heat the hot dogs; place in buns and top each with about 1/4 cup sauce.
