Cooking Ingredients for Pie Crust #4 Recipe
1 Egg
5 tb Water
1 ts Vinegar
2-1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Shortening
1 ts Salt
Pie Crust #4 Preparation
Mix egg, water & vinegar in cup. Beat slightly. Mix flour, salt & shortening together. Add egg mixture & mix well. Form into ball & divide into 3 equal parts. Roll out on floured surface.
