Cooking Ingredients for Pie Crust #5 Recipe

1 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening
2 -(up to)
3 tb Cold water

Pie Crust #5 Preparation

Mix flour & salt together. Cut in shortening to size of peas. Sprinkle in water while mixing with a fork. Add enough water to hold dough together when pressed.
