Cooking Ingredients for Pierogi Sauerkraut and Mushroom Filling Recipe

2-1/2 c Sauerkraut
Water – boiling
1/2 c Onion – chopped
4 oz Mushrooms – sliced
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Hard-boiled egg – chopped
2 tb Sour cream

Pierogi Sauerkraut and Mushroom Filling Preparation
