Cooking Ingredients for Pimento Cheese Spread Recipe

1 tb Sugar
3 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Sweet cream
1 tb Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1 tb Butter
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs; hard-boiled, chopped
8 oz Cream cheese, OR 1/2-lb
-American cheese, cubed
1 tb Onion, grated
1 sm Jar pimentos, finely chopped

Pimento Cheese Spread Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients in a double boiler and cook until mixture thickens. While mixture is still hot add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese or American cheese, onion and pimentos.
