Cooking Ingredients for Pimiento Cheese Dip Recipe
8 oz Shredded process pimiento
-cheese
1/2 c Sour cream
1 pk (3 oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1/2 c Old El Paso® taco sauce
1 cn (4 oz) Old El Paso® chopped
-green chiles
4 sl Bacon; cooked crisp, drained
-and, crumbled
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
Tortilla chips; for
-accompaniment
Pimiento Cheese Dip Preparation
In a small mixing bowl, combine pimiento cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, taco sauce and green chiles. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in crumbled bacon and pepper. Chill. Serve with vegetable dippers and/or tortilla chips.
