4 oz Pimientos, chopped
1 c Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Dry mustard, hot (Spice
-Island)
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
8 oz Colby cheese, grated
8 oz Cheddar cheese, grated

Pimiento Cheese, Wilma s Preparation
